About

Here for you

In my work and life, I am inspired by Brené Brown’s quote, “Let go of who you think you are supposed to be and embrace who you are.” After a six-year career “detour” in pharmaceutical clinical research, I returned to my lifelong passion for psychology and pursued graduate school to become a mental health counselor. It has been more than twenty years since I made that decision and I remain grateful every day that I get to assist others and do what I love. I am most passionate about helping people successfully navigate the unique issues and challenges in their lives. I strive to provide perspective and personalized strategies to facilitate the growth that each client wants for themselves. I consider it a privilege to be part of each client’s journey.
